We advise architects on fees and appointments throughout the World and negotiate on their behalf.

Charles Rich has extensive experience and first class negotiating skills gained from over 25 years experience. He has negotiated appointments and joint venture agreements on projects as diverse as Birmingham New Street Station,  Beijing International Airport, Wembley Stadium, Dallas Opera House, UK developments, PFI projects and novation agreements.

The consultancy specialises in giving commercial advice, it can also provide legal guidance if needed, through its contract advisors. Often Clients take advice from their insurance brokers, but this only relates to insurance matters and extent of cover, we can integrate this advice into our comments to provide a comprehensive commentary..
